Lingfield College Music

I have been working with Lingfield College for a few years now. I have been primarily photographing their wonderful music department productions throughout the school year. Lingfield College has a superb music department. The teaching staff are superb and it has been a real pleasure photographing their events. There are superb musicians, excellent vocalists across a variety of genres of all ages. Over the years I have got to see students progressing through the school and I imagine a number will go on to wonderful things in music or on stage. When bright stars leave the Sixth Form you can sense the loss but their shoes are quickly filled. 

Concert photography can be a challenging environment. Low light, changing lighting and differing setups and layouts. The music department put on some excellent productions and they understand the value of great images to market the excellent opportunities they offer. The team are always open to ideas and ways to improve the visual spectacle of their performances. 

They produce a number of events each year from their Scholar’s Concert, Rock Night, Cabaret Night, their Spring Concert through to their Christmas Concert which is always a wonderful end to the year.
